The Gathering Hall
A Monster Hunter AU


It started as a flyer slipped into your mailbox, advertising a new world. It asks you to take a break for a while, see some new sights and perhaps blow some steam by helping the Guild hunt troublesome monsters wreaking havoc upon humanity and receive pay in return. Or, maybe you've finished your adventure and are on the lookout for new ones, and your pockets are feeling a little empty! Whatever the case, your character has accepted the challenge and is whisked away to the bustling village of Val Habar, where you are greeted by an enthusiastic woman in green who urges you to register with the Hunter's Guild, where you begin the first steps of your brand new adventure... Because who doesn't want to scratch 'fought dinosaurs and dragons for a living' off their bucket list? The Gathering Hall is a small-scale Monster Hunter AU based in Monster Hunter 4's locales, where characters sign up for missions that involve hunting and/or capturing monsters for profit, while building and maintaining their own unique armor and weapons of their choice. Plot is mainly light with some more dire events, emphasis is on adventure and perhaps doing something a little different with the characters you love! The core of the game is to relax from heavier plotted games and blow some visceral steam. Enjoy!
